AI consulting & implementation
An operating system for running your company.
See the state of the business as it is today. Ask a question and get an answer drawn from your own records. The routine work runs underneath, in tools built around how you already operate. One partner builds it and hands it over working. You own it outright.
The problem
Most of the week goes on finding out what already happened.
The numbers live in five places
Month-end means reconciling spreadsheets, inboxes and whatever the ERP says. By the time the pack is ready, it describes last month.
Every question becomes a project
A margin query goes to whoever built the spreadsheet and comes back in three days. The decision it was for has usually been taken by then.
The last AI pilot stalled
Licences were bought, a demo impressed, nothing reached daily use. AI with no system underneath it adds mess instead of removing it.
The system below exists to fix all three.
The system
One system, three ways it pays.
- See
A live picture of the business
Pipeline, margin, ageing and the jobs that are stuck, current as of this morning. The month-end pack becomes a page you open.
- Ask
Answers from your own records
Ask why a number moved and get the explanation, with the invoices, tickets or approvals behind it shown. No analyst queue.
- Run
Tools that do the routine work
Quoting, approvals, document handling, support triage: the workflows that used to eat skilled time, rebuilt with a person approving wherever judgement matters.
Services
One partner from audit to handover.
- Advisory
AI strategy consulting
We audit how work actually happens, then map where AI removes friction without adding risk. The output is a roadmap with an owner against every line.
- Delivery
Workflow automation builds
We design and build the workflows themselves: systems that read, sort, draft and route, so your team spends its time on judgement rather than admin.
- Engineering
Custom AI systems & tools
When an off-the-shelf tool won't fit, we build custom AI systems and internal tools shaped around how your organisation actually operates.
- Enablement
Training & enablement
Every build comes with the knowledge to run it. We train your team to run and extend what we've built, long after the engagement ends.
Governance
Ready for your risk register.
Data residency, review points, audit trails and UK GDPR, settled before the first call.
- Data residency
Work runs in your systems and your tenancy. Your data never trains third-party models.
- Human in the loop
AI drafts and routes; your people approve. Review points sit wherever judgement matters.
- Auditability
Every automated step leaves a trail: what was read, what was decided, who signed it off.
- UK GDPR
Data protection enters at the first design workshop and stays in scope through handover.
How we work
Built to reach production.
Most AI initiatives stall between the demo and daily use. These four stages exist to close that gap.
- 01
Discover
We map how the work actually happens today, desk by desk, before any design starts.
- 02
Design
The workflow comes first; we design the AI system around it.
- 03
Deploy
We build the system into what you already run (ERP, document store, case management, finance stack) with the safeguards a production process needs.
- 04
Embed
We train your team to run and adjust it themselves, and stay on call afterwards if you want us there.
Discovery runs two to three weeks. Builds are fixed-price, scoped before we start. Training and handover included in every build.
FAQ
Before you get in touch.
Our team isn't technical. Can we run this?
Yes. Handover is a project stage, and training is included in every build. Your team runs the system day to day, and we stay on call if you want us there.
We ran an AI pilot last year and it went nowhere. Why would this be different?
Because the workflow comes first. Discovery maps how the work happens before anything is designed, every build goes into the systems you already run, and nothing ships without a named owner and a review point. That's also why builds are fixed-price and scoped before we start.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Code, data and documentation are handed over at the end of the build, with no ongoing licence owed to us. Support afterwards is optional.
What does it cost?
Discovery runs two to three weeks and prices the whole build before it starts. Builds are fixed-price. Training and handover are included.
Why not just buy software?
Off-the-shelf tools assume their own process and leave your team adapting to it. We build around the way your organisation already works, into the systems you already run. And you own the result.
What happens to our data?
It stays in your systems and your tenancy. Nothing you give us trains third-party models, review points sit wherever judgement matters, and every automated step leaves an audit trail. UK GDPR is a design input from the first workshop.
